Everyone who uses a dating site on internet will at one point or another run into something called Scammers. If you are not familiar with what a scammer is please read this first. There are different kind of scammers you can meet on dating sites on the internet. The most common one are those pretending to be a beautiful woman to catch your attention. When she has your attention she tries to make you fall in love with her and then she tries to convince you to send her money so that she "can get a visa to come to you" There are many such cases where men have sent allot of money to these people, who only look for money.

You might also run into to an African Scammer. Usually it is someone from Ghana or Senegal but they can be from any African country. They also try to fool you into send them money. Luckily we do not have many of them on our site because we are using location security, making it impossible for African people to register on RLM.

There is also a third kind of scamming going on on the Internet. It is agencies using dating sites to find new clients. They use one of their of women to get your attention and when they have it, they say that you need to register on their site and pay for each letter if you wish to continue communicating with the woman you liked. These are all scammers and we do not want to get associated with any of them but we cannot deny that they use our site as well. However we are working with a 24h Anti-Scam policy to try to decrease them and to make our site as clean as possible.

This is how we work

First of all do we always have someone from our support sitting online checking any new profile joining our site. Every picture and profile needs to be checked and approved by us.

We use a location security. This means that people not located in the former Soviet Union cannot register as a woman on RLM. We us 2 different start pages (one for men and one for women) to make it more secure.

Men can not see other men and women can not see other women. This makes it hard for unserious people to register - men pretending to be women, etc.

An additional information form for all women is also required. Any woman who joins our site will be asked to provide us with additional information about herself. If she decides to give us her phone number and address we will contact her. If the information she gives is correct then we give her a green frame on her profile. This indicates that we consider her profile more reliable. And if you communicate with a profile with a green frame, you can check her information with us. For example, if she gives you her phone number you can mail us and ask if it is the same that she gave us. We will never give out any ones contact information but we will confirm it.

We read spamming letters. For example, if a woman sends hundreds of letters at once and they all have the same headline, then we might read her letters to find out if she is serious or not. If we find her to be not serious, we remove her at once.

Men can and should report possible scammers. We offer our men the ability to report any possible scammer to us on a special email address. Then we check her mails and profile once again. If we find that she is a scammer she will get removed at once. This requires that our members actually report any possible scammer.

We advertise only on Russian pages on internet to find right women for our site. We advertise locally on the Internet and we use flyers to hand out to women personally in several cities in Ukraine. This prevents many scammers from finding out about our site so that we get more serious ladies joining RLM.

Two times per year, usually during the Spring and Summer, we try to organize our big events. We like to call them events and not socials because they are 100% free for our members. We do not charge our members for participation in our events. We offer 40 of our members free accommodations plus tickets to the event. We do the same for our women. We also try to put our events in cities where many of our women reside.

Date of the month

This might actually not be a correct name because we do not always have a date per month to present, but our hope is to offer one couple per month a free date.
