WEBSITE USE and USER AGREEMENT
When you register on EastCupid you accept the Terms and Conditions of our website. This means that you will be deemed to follow these and any violation of our Terms and conditions can or will result in Removal of your profile. You will get no founds back even though we remove your profile before your subscription expire. This is something you agree with when you become a member at EastCupid.

MEMBERSHIPS
First of all - You must be over 18 years of age to register as a member at our community. You are not allowed to register on a illegal age and you cannot register under a false age then you violate the Terms and Conditions of our website.

Membership – You may become a member free of charge. Free membership will only entitle you to participate in some of the features available in a so called Bronze membership. In order to access additional features, you must become a paying subscriber to the Service.

Subscriptions– There are two memberships to buy Subscriptions for. Silver and Gold. Each membership is called a upgrade from Bronze membership. You will find these upgrades on our website under “upgrade your membership”. Each membership is unique and personal. You cannot buy a subscription for yourself and then later decide to give it to someone else.

Silver membership – offers you full usage of every feature on our website for a period of 30 days. The cost for this memberships changes in the same amount as the US-dollar change. We always refer from the Swedish Krona since we are a Swedish company. When you subscript for a Silver membership you agree to these terms.

Gold membership – offers you full usage of every feature on our website for a period of 90 days. The cost for this memberships changes in the same amount as the US-dollar change. We always refer from the Swedish Krona since we are a Swedish company. When you subscript for a Gold membership you agree to these terms.

Member ID and password – When you register at EastCupid you will be required to select a member ID (username) and password. We may refuse to accept any username for any reason. Usual reasons could be that someone already chosen that username, it might be illegal or protected by a trade mark. We always have the right to refuse any username. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your member ID and password (including all activities conducted under your Member ID and password) and you have agreed once you register to not provide your member ID or password to any third part user. If you forget your password you can get it from us simply clicking the “forgot your password” link at the login page.

Payment – When you subscript for a membership update (silver or gold) , you hereby authorize the Company to charge those fees on a one time basis (within a reasonable time prior to the expiration of your current subscription). In that case, the Company will cease charging fees upon its receipt of your written notice that such authorization has been terminated. Any such notice shall not affect charges made before the Company could reasonably act. In any event, you must provide current, complete and accurate information to enable subscription fees to be charged correctly, which information must be updated regularly.

OUR SERVICE
The services at EastCupid does not guarantee that members will or will not be seeking friendship or a relationship. We are neither a marriage brokering service, mail order bride service nor a matchmaking service. The Company is under no obligation to broker any other member or members for you.

OBLIGATION OF USER
Your own risk – You always use our services on your own risk and whatever experience you might have on our site we will not be taken responsible for.
Accurate information – When you register you agree the terms of giving us only accurate information about yourself. You respect our policy by provide us with accurate information about your age, name address or other information you write about yourself. You are not allowed to use false information to either us or any other member of our site.

Information confidential – any information you provides us with during your registration is highly confidential. We are not allowed to forward any information you give us during the registration. However any information you type in yourself using our website such as information text, blog, forum, chat or any other way you might be able to write yourself you solely are responsible for that information. We cannot be hold responsible for any information you write yourself on your profile or to any other member.

Information available overseas – You must be aware of that we are an international dating site which means that your profile and any information you type your self will be available overseas.

Copyright assigned – You must agree to not use any of our copyrighted material for any other use than using our website. You cannot link to us without asking us for permission and you cannot use our site as a trademark for yourself.

You might be exposed to viruses – You are aware that you might be exposed to some kind of viruses and we are not responsible for any such experience that you might have. You are solely responsible to take precaution against computer viruses yourself. When you enter our website you agree to take all responsibilities to whatever viruses you might exposed to.

The content of your profile - You are solely responsible for the content of your profile, messages, video and audio recordings and other materials you may upload to the Service or transmit to other members of the Service.

Interaction with members - You are solely responsible for your interaction with other members of the Service.

You may not

(1) Write your personal contact information anywhere on our website without our permission.

(2) Use our Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including distribution of any sexually and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or objectionable material of any kind, nor any unlawful or illegal material.

(3) Send "spam," chain letters, junk mail, or engage in any kind of mass distribution of e-mail.

(4) Use the Service or the Website for any unauthorized commercial purposes;

(5) Use our services to get money from any other member on our website.

(6) Use our services to advertise anything at all!
(7) Continue communicate to someone who clearly asked you not to.

(8) Send, publish or upload any content with virus exposure.

(9) You will not post any contact information about yourself such as email addresses, ICQ, MSN or likewise.
If you violate any of these rules you will get your profile removed and any subscription you may or may not own will be removed as well without any refunding.

INFORMATION

We monitor all profiles - We have the right to monitor all profiles, messages, chat, instant messages, videos and audio recordings to ensure that they conform to the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

Editing information - We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to delete, move or edit messages or material (including profiles, messages, videos and audio recordings) that we, in our sole discretion find breaking the Terms and Conditions or to be otherwise unacceptable.

We are not liable for any loss arising from any action taken or reliance made by you on any information or material provided through the Service or on the Website. You should make your own enquiries before acting or relying on any information or material which appears on the Website. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such material or information shall be at your own risk.

No warranties as to availability - The Service is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Service or the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Service or the Website. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that the Service (and the availability of the Website) is provided without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

SPECIFIC WARNINGS REGARDING ONLINE DATING

Risks –You are solely responsible for all risks you might expose to when you enter our website.

No warranty as to identity of member – We have no responsibility to identify any member for any reason and you may not ask from us to give you any contact information about any of our members. However you can report any user to us if you find them not following our Terms and Conditions.

COMMUINICATION

We possess the right to send you information from us or from our partners to your email. You can choose to stop receiving these mails by the termination of your membership.

Termination of membership by you - You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective immediately. However no refunding will be given to you once you decide to terminate your membership even if your subscription has not expired.

Termination of your access to Service - We may, in our absolute discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that which may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service by others.

Termination of membership by us - We may immediately terminate your membership and your access to the Service at any time if we determine (in our absolute discretion) that you have breached this Agreement. Notice of termination will be delivered to the last email address you provide to us. No refunding will be given back to you even though your subscription has not expired.
